Staying healthy and fit takes time and planning. At Innovation Park we do all that we can to make living a healthier lifestyle convenient and easy. From walking trails around the park to workout facilities on site, we’re sure you’ll find it just a little more convenient to live healthy.

  • Workout and swimming facilities are available to employees working in the Park.

Exercise & Swimming Memberships

For $30 a month, employees at Innovation Park can have access to the swimming pool and exercise facilities at the Penn Stater. You can sign up at the front desk of the Penn Stater.

Pool and Fitness User Policy (subject to change):

  • Membership fee for gym/pool/locker room use is $30 per month, from 1 to 12 months. Memberships are non-transferable, no refunds.
  • Membership fee for locker room use only is $15 per month, from 1 to 12 months. Memberships are non-transferable, no refunds.
  • Membership is limited to tenants of Innovation Park at Penn State that are not employed by Penn State Hospitality Services.
  • Hotel Guests have priority to equipment and anyone joining understands and accepts this stipulation of their membership.
  • Members can use the facility between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Hours are subject to change and specific dates and times may be closed due to special events or business volume.
  • No permanent locks can be utilized. Lockers are available for day use only. Tokens are available at the front desk. Personal locks should be removed after each facility use.
  • Membership can be discontinued in the future based on the needs of hotel guests.
  • Members must sign application stating rules and liability.

Parties interested in leasing space in 331 Innovation Boulevard should contact leasing agent Tom MacDonald at (412) 434-1028. The building is scheduled for completion in late August 2015.
